  • Quantum mindset coaching

  • Asynchronous coaching containers

  • Digital courses and programs (including The Actualization Method™)

  • Memberships, subscriptions, and private containers (including The Activation)

All services are designed for personal growth, insight, and self-development purposes only.

3. No Guarantees

Let’s be clear:

We do not guarantee specific results.

That includes:

  • Relationships

  • Financial outcomes

  • Personal transformation timelines

  • Life circumstances

You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results.

We provide insight, guidance, and frameworks—but you are the one executing.

4. Personal Responsibility

By engaging with our services, you agree:

  • You are responsible for how you interpret and apply any information provided

  • You will not rely on our services as a substitute for professional advice (legal, financial, medical, psychological)

  • You understand that intuitive guidance is interpretive, not absolute

Translation: you still have free will—use it.

5. Payment Terms

All payments are:

  • Due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated

  • Non-refundable unless explicitly specified in writing

For payment plans:

  • You are responsible for completing all scheduled payments

  • Failure to complete payments may result in revoked access to services or content as well as collection actions.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of this work (energetic, digital, and experiential), all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Emotional discomfort (yes, growth can be uncomfortable)

  • Lack of participation or follow-through

  • Misalignment discovered after purchase

This includes:

  • Workbooks

  • Audio transmissions

  • Written content

Any personal information shared during sessions or containers will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.

You are also expected to respect the privacy of others in group containers.

No screenshotting. No sharing. No weird behavior.

9. Code of Conduct

You agree to engage respectfully.

We reserve the right to remove access (without refund) if you:

  • Display abusive, manipulative, or disruptive behavior

  • Violate boundaries within containers

  • Engage in harassment or inappropriate conduct

This is a high-standard environment. Act like it.

10. Disclaimer

Our services are not:

  • Financial advice
